This Institutional Advancement Records contain documents created while Diane Dann was director, 1992-2002. The collection contains administrative, marketing, public relations, and grant administration records.

The Assistant to the President (Bert Dotson) Records document the founding and early years of the college. The records include correspondence and other administrative records from the office of Bert Dotson, assistant to the president, 1965-1982, as well as records from the office of Dale Parnell, president, 1965-1968.

The records document the administrative history of the Institutional Advancement during the tenure of Larry Romine, the first director of Institutional Advancement from 1968 to 1992.

The collections consists of oral histories with college administrators, staff, faculty, students, and others in the college community. The collection includes taped and digital recordings, transcripts and logs, and interview preparation and biographical material.

Dale P. Parnell was the first president of Lane Community College, 1965-1968. This collection includes correspondence and subject files.
